At Alvisr Men’s Wear, every product is specially created according to customer demand. This Exchange Policy explains why exchanges cannot be offered after an order is placed.

1. No Exchange Available

Alvisr does not offer product exchanges under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, the product immediately enters the manufacturing and designing process.
Since every item is made to order, it cannot be exchanged for size, color, or any other reason.

2. Products Made on Customer Demand

All Alvisr products are crafted only after a customer confirms the order.
Designs, sizes, and materials are prepared specifically for each customer’s request.
Due to this custom-made nature, exchanging the product is not possible.

3. Wrong or Defective Products

If you received a wrong or defective product, this will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy, not under exchange.
You may request a return for such issues, following the return guidelines.

4. Customer Responsibility

Please review product details, measurements, and specifications carefully before placing your order.
Once the order is placed, changes or exchanges cannot be accepted.
