As soon as we receive your order, the product immediately enters the manufacturing and processing stage.
Since each item is made specifically for the customer, it cannot be stopped, reversed, or cancelled once production begins.

2. Made-to-Order Products

All products at Alvisr are made on customer demand, which means they are created only after the order is confirmed.
Because the production process starts instantly, cancelling the order is not possible in any case.

3. No Refund for Cancel Requests

Since cancellations are not accepted, no refunds will be issued for cancellation-related requests.
We advise customers to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.

4. Incorrect Address or Payment Mistake

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery and billing details.
Orders cannot be cancelled due to incorrect addresses or payment errors once processing has started.
