Alvisr Return & Refund Policy

At Alvisr, we ensure you receive products in perfect condition. Since all our products are made on customer demand, we have a specific return and refund process. Please read carefully before initiating any return.

Return Eligibility

• You can return a product within 4 calendar days of receiving it.

• The product must be in its original condition:

  • All tags and packaging intact

  • Unused, unsoiled, unwashed, and undamaged

• Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is defective

  • The product has missing parts

Not considered as wrong/defective products:

• Slight variations in color due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution

• Minor imperfections such as loose threads or small marks

Return Process

1. Contact us at return.alvisr@gmail.com to request a return with your order number.

2. You will receive the return address to send the product.

3. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are approved only for items returned due to missing parts, wrong product, or defective items.

• Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 10 days directly to your bank account.
